On-Prem AI Modules · air-gap ready

AI that never leaves the building.

Air-gapped, sovereign, fully on-prem.

On-premises AI modules run locally in your facility, domain-specific intelligence for critical infrastructure, with no outbound connectivity and nothing leaving the site.

The problem

Some sites can't use a cloud.

Defense, sovereign, financial and regulated facilities can't send telemetry to a multi-tenant cloud, compliance forbids the egress. So the usual cloud-AI answer is off the table from day one.

  • Compliance forbids telemetry leaving the site
  • Air-gapped networks have no outbound path
  • A multi-tenant data plane is a non-starter for some auditors

Where cloud AI is not allowed

Data never leaves

Everything stays on-site.

Telemetry, inference, baselining, the model store and every alarm live on the appliance in your facility. No outbound connection required.

What this helps you do: get predictive AI on sensitive sites without a single packet of telemetry leaving the building. Sample data shown.

When cloud is not an option

Local, offline, and fast.

Sub-second decisions

Models run on the local appliance, so anomaly scoring and thresholds resolve with no network round-trip.

What a security team will ship

Guarantees, not good intentions.

If the first question is “where does the telemetry go?”, the answer here is “nowhere”.

Runs without internet

No outbound dependency, no phone-home. The module is functionally complete offline.

Local model store

Models live on the appliance. Inference, baselining and scoring all happen on-site.

Data never leaves

Telemetry, predictions and alarm context stay on-site, no copy to anyone's cloud.

GPU optional

CPU-only deployments work for most data-centre and BMS use cases; add a GPU when you need it.

Single-tenant by design

No multi-tenant data plane. Your appliance is your appliance, no shared anything.

Custom-model deployment

Bring your own model bundle, or have Prochista ship a tuned model for your site.

Respects your change window

Nothing rolls forward silently.

Updates land when you decide they land, and every inference and model swap is traceable.

1. Deploy

The image arrives on a physical or virtual appliance, installed in your data centre.

2. Operate

Local inference scores telemetry continuously and feeds findings into ProDCIM.

3. Update

Signed model bundles are imported on your change window, no silent auto-push.

4. Audit

Every inference, model version and operator override is timestamped and traceable.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who needs on-prem AI modules instead of cloud-based AI?
Defense, sovereign, financial and other regulated facilities where compliance forbids sending telemetry to a multi-tenant cloud. The modules run predictive AI on an appliance inside your facility, so the project is not blocked by egress restrictions from day one.
Is on-prem AI slower than running AI in the cloud?
No, it is typically the opposite: models run on the local appliance, so anomaly scoring and threshold decisions resolve with no network round-trip. Findings feed straight into ProDCIM on-site.
How do AI model updates work in a facility with no internet access?
Updates arrive as signed model bundles that your team imports during its own change window. Nothing is auto-pushed, so no model version ever rolls forward silently.
Do the on-prem AI modules require a GPU?
No. CPU-only deployments on x86 hardware cover most data center and BMS use cases, and you can add a GPU when a workload needs it. The modules are also packaged for ARM appliances at the edge.
Can we run our own custom AI models on the appliance?
Yes. You can bring your own model bundle to the local model store, or have Prochista ship a model tuned for your site. Either way, inference, baselining and scoring all happen on the appliance.
Can auditors trace what the on-prem AI is doing?
Yes. Every inference, model version and operator override is timestamped and traceable, so auditors can see exactly what the AI decided, which model made the call, and who overrode it.
